Product Highlights
Track fast-moving subjects and enjoy enhanced resolution with the upgraded 70-200mm f/2.8 G SSM II Lens from Sony. Also, it has a nine-blade circular diaphragm to help create smooth bokeh. Along with this, there are three focus holds buttons as well as an electronic focus range limiter switch for more precise focusing operation. This version II lens has been improved over its predecessor with enhanced reproduction of fine details across the frame and faster, more responsive focusing. A constant f/2.8 maximum aperture offers consistent performance throughout the zoom range and also lends greater control over focus position for shallow depth of field techniques. A Nano AR Coating has been applied to reduce surface reflections, flare, and ghosting for increased contrast and color rendering in strong lighting conditions. The lens is equipped with a removable and rotating tripod collar for added stability and reducing strain on the camera’s lens mount.
