Received this piece of beauty a fortnight ago. It would be unfair to not mention image quality and Nikon D850 in the same breath. As far as low-light photography is concerned, the back illuminated design of the sensor helps it fulfil the actions without much of a hiccup. Probably this is the only camera that can literally say that speed and resolution can be part of a single package. As far as autofocus is concerned, there are five types of it: single-point AF, dynamic-area AF, group-area AF, 3D-tracking and auto-area AF. Video recording is a breeze in the 4K at 30, 25 and 24 frames per second.

One of the best Nikon bodies ever built. Nikon has showed the ‘rest of the middling players’ like Cannon, Sony and Fuji; how to build a DSLR. Love the 4K video! Is it better than any other mirrored DSLR made? Yes. Is it perfect? No. It is losing a star over the following: Upper left control knob.

Image quality of this DSLR is amazing and you can see the difference in details compared to the D810. From the D850 has cleaner High ISO shots, we do a lot of nightscapes and the D850 is cleaner at the ISO 3200-6400. My D810 had issues with was hot pixels with long exposures. The D850 has greatly improved in this area.
