4 reviews for Canon EF 35mm f/2 IS USM

  1. Wolfred Nelson

Sharpness is really good for non-L glass. Rounded eight-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasing out of focus quality that benefits the use of shallow depth of field and selective focus techniques. So far this is my day to day go-to lens.

  2. Allan Fotheringham

I am very pleased with the purchase. One glass-molded aspherical element helps to suppress spherical aberrations and distortion for a high degree of sharpness and accurate rendering. I got this lens to shoot an event in a dark auditorium.

  3. Darrel Stinson

It is a great lens for not being L series glass. Bright f/2 maximum aperture benefits working in low-light conditions and also affords significant control over depth of field for working with selective focus techniques. No complaints here.

  4. Édouard White

When you upgrade to full frame, well, now you have a really nice EF mount lens for your wide-angle/landscape photography. I am equally impressed with the sharpness of the images captured. The Image Stabilization works amazingly well. Cheers to Canon for making great glass as always. And of course how I can miss thanking S World!!
