    I was very dissatisfied with way my item was packed for shipping. I purchased a camera lens for around $1000. When I opened the box, the only packing material in the box was a piece of brown paper. The lens box could slide around inside the box it was shipped in. All you had to do was put some proper packing peanuts or bubble wrap. What online electronics retailer wouldn't know this?

Purchased Sony a6400 camera kit in black Friday deals, picked up at 3rd day from their location. Sam was a person, he guide me in everything, acknowledged for warranty and all. Good service overall.     Scammers. They got my money but I never got the product, so I'm out almost two grand. "Next week for sure, next week for sure" is all I ever heard. Followup: A refund has been promised "within 1 business days". Will report back as to if and when. Followup2: Two business days, four days in real life, no refund. Still waiting. Followup3: Refund appeared! A few days later than promised, but it appeared. I've adjusted my rating. Can't give them 5 stars, or even 4, given the hassle and frustration, but 3 stars seems reasonable.
